Smart Bike Parts will accept returns within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms and conditions; If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Smart Bike Parts Systems for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Once we receive an authorized return, we will refund 100% of the purchase price minus the 2% fee we paid to our credit card processor. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned unused so that they can be restocked and resold. Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts, or after 30 days will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
