Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS PROVIDED ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150.00 TO USA This is true 99% of the time. If there is an exception, we'll notify you of the additional shipping expense and either proceed or cancel sale based on your instuctions. Orders under $150 pay only $8.95 shipping. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS FROM $15! Our system will calculate shipping cost based on items in your cart and country that we are shipping to. If there is an exception, we'll notify you of the additional shipping expense and either proceed or cancel sale based on your instuctions.

Sales Tax

We are only required to charge sales tax to IL. Bike parts shipped to IL address will have 10.25% sales tax added to order.

Return Policy

Smart Bike Parts will accept returns within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms and conditions; If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Smart Bike Parts Systems for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive an authorized return, we will refund 100% of the purchase price minus the 2% fee we paid to our credit card processor. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned unused so that they can be restocked and resold. Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts, or after 30 days will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
